Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

In most cases we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer a returning, replacing or exchanging the item.

International Customers

If you are one of our international customers (located anywhere outside of Australia) and have an issue with your order reaching you (usually customers returning the package to us), we offer the following options:

  1. We work with you to reach out to your local customs agency regarding the item to identify why it was rejected and correct the issue. In this case you would pay for the shipping again and we resend the package once the fee has been received.
  2. We offer a refund on the cost of the purchased items, but not the shipping.

Returns, Replacements

We offer returns and replacements based on the conditions outlined below.

If you do not meet these conditions and still feel you are entitled to a replacement or exchange, please contact us to discuss further.

The item is damaged beyond repair

Some items break during shipping and can easily be repaired with a little glue and sanding. In the case of miniatures, these breaks aren't usually noticeable after painting.

If an item is so badly broken that it is too difficult or unreasonable to be repaired, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

I received the wrong item

Sometimes mistakes happen and you'll receive something you didn't expect. Surprise! You can keep it! But seriously, let us know we messed up and we'll send the item you actually ordered.

Exchange

You can ask for an item to be exchanged. We can exchange for another item at equal value without additional cost of the item. If the value is more, then we'll ask you to pay the difference.

Exchanges are valid if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is not damaged in anyway (if it is, see Returns and Replacements)

Conditions of Return

  • You are responsible for the return postage costs.
  • You must secure the item so that it will not be damaged during transit.
